- EDI transmissions that failed (Sept. 3 between 2:16 p.m. and 2:42 p.m. EDT) with either a "096 RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED" or "199 CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION" rejection message can be resubmitted. This applies to Ocean/Rail/Air and In-bond QP/WP messages. (here)
- RESOLVED: CBP has resolved the issue with Liquidation Courtesy Notices for Sept. 1; as of Sept. 4 at 6 a.m. EDT, all Sept. 1 Courtesy Notices have been transmitted (here).
