ITC launched in January (see 2401100059), based on allegations by Future Motion that Floatwheel, along with three other companies, are importing one-wheeled electric skateboards that copy its patented technologies. Future Motion subsequently withdrew its allegations against the other three companies -- Smilo, Gaea and SoverSky. Floatwheel didn’t respond to the allegations and was found to be in default.
