In its June 10 complaint, HydraFacial said Cartessa’s Skinwave system, Eunsung’s Hydracare H2 system and Eunsung’s Hydra Touch H2 system copy the patented technologies used in HydraFacials’s Syndeo system. HydraFacial seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against HydraFacial and Eunsung. Comments are due June 24.
