AHC-Unilever United States, Bourne & Morgan, MZ Skin Care, Kaibeauty, I'll Global, Hikari Laboratories, Iman Cosmetics, Strip Lashed and Kelz Beauty are selling eye creams, eye palettes, eye patches, eye serums and eyelashes that use identical or similar names to its trademarked Eyeconic brand. Amarte also seeks limited exclusion orders against those companies. Comments are due June 3.
