The agency confirmed its preliminary finding that Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited is the successor-in-interest to Garware Polyester Limited, saying that Garware Hi-Tech operates as materially the same business entity as Garware Polyester with respect to the production and sale of subject merchandise. Commerce said that effective May 21, Garware Hi-Tech now inherits the AD rate assigned to Garware Polyester Limited, which is currently 4.45%.
