GoPro's March 29 complaint said Insta360’s One X, One R, One R 1-inch, One X2, One RS, One RS 1-inch 360, X3, Go 3, Ace and Ace Pro copy GoPro’s patented technologies used in its Hero and Max lines of products (see 2404040013). The ITC will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders banning importation and sale of infringing cameras from Arashi Vision and its affiliate.
