In a complaint filed in March (see 2403150032), Motorola singled out Ericsson's 5G NR radio units and baseband units, which are used by wireless carriers to build and maintain 5G cellular networks. The ITC will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Ericsson AB and its affiliates Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and Ericsson Inc.
