The original final results were effective March 8, with Sanmei assigned a 101.14% dumping margin. After the final results were published, Sanmei's and the American HFC Coalition's comments on them led Commerce to conclude it made a ministerial error in its calculation of the AD rate, which resulted in the adjustment that now assigns Sanmei an AD rate of 96.94%, effective April 11.

(The review period is 08/01/21 - 07/31/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2403080040 for a summary of the original final results.)
