In a complaint filed in January (see 2402020037), Pax said Stiiizy and ALD, as well as their subsidiaries, are copying Pax’s patented technologies for managing condensation and leakage from hemp and cannabis oil vaporizers. The ITC will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Stiiizy, ALD and their subsidiaries.
