Sweet Harvest Foods, Export Packers Company Ltd., Honey Holding I, LLP, Sunland Trading, Inc., challenging a November 2023 CIT decision sustaining the International Trade Commission's final affirmative critical circumstances determination regarding honey from Vietnam, which led to the retroactive imposition of duties 90 days prior to the suspension of liquidation. # 24-1370.
