The task force will convene industry, civil liberty groups, AI experts and others to consider risks and benefits and make recommendations to the legislature, it said. “As we celebrate [AI's] benefits, we must also ensure we protect against the potential for irresponsible use and unintentional consequences,” Ferguson said.
