are committing willful trademark infringement and false advertising by passing off their imported drugs as Mounjaro. The ITC will consider whether to issue a general exclusion order banning all infringing imports from all companies, as well as cease and desist orders specifically against the 11 companies identified in the complaint: Unewlife, Super Human Store, Audrey Beauty, Mew Mews, Steroide Kaufen, Triggered Supplements (dba The Triggered Brand), Strate Labs, Xiamen Austronext Trading (dba AustroPeptide), Supopeptide, Biolabshop and Arctic Peptides.
