violate a different Purple Innovation patent (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1328), the ITC said in a notice Nov. 17. The import bans follow a Section 337 investigation conducted in response to a complaint filed by Purple Innovation in 2022 (see 2208110005). The ITC also issued cease and desist orders against Dirani Design, Dongguan Jingrui, Hangzhou Lydia and Shenzhen Leadfar, all of which were found to be in default after not participating in the investigation.
