  • Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, North Carolina
  • Lenovo Group Limited of Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
  • Motorola (Wuhan) Mobility Technologies Communication Co., LTD., of Wuhan, China.

In that investigation, the ITC will consider limited exclusion orders and cease and desist orders against the following respondents:

  • Motorola Mobility, LLC, of Chicago, Illinois
  • Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, North Carolina
  • Lenovo Group Limited of Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
  • Lenovo (Shanghai) Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. of Shanghai, China

  • Lenovo PC HK Limited of Hong Kong
  • Lenovo Information Products (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. of Shenzhen, China

The ITC will determine target days for completing the investigations within 45 days, the commission said in a pair of news releases.
