India Granular PTFE: Amended CV Rates for All Indian Exporters
The Commerce Department is amending its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on granular polytetrafluoroethylene from India (A-533-900), implementing a recent Court of International Trade decision that resulted in changes to CVD rates for all Indian companies. Cash deposit rates set in this amended final determination are effective as of Oct. 23, 2023, as follows:
