and steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus (A-822-804), China (A-570-860), Indonesia (A-560-811), Latvia (A-449-804), Moldova (A-841-804), Poland (A-455-803) and Ukraine (A-823-809). These orders will be revoked, or the investigation terminated, unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said.
