The agency preliminarily found Highland Agro undertook a name change to HA Food and changed its corporate structure to become a limited liability partnership but otherwise continues to operate as the same business entity. If Commerce confirms its finding in the final results, HA Food will inherit the AD rate assigned to Highland Agro.
