XMB) is the successor-in-interest to Zhangzhou XYM Furniture Product Co., Ltd. (Zhangzhou XYM), in the final results of a changed circumstances review set to be published Aug. 14. Subject merchandise exported by Golden Well International (HK), Ltd. (Golden Well) -- the company that requested the review -- and produced by Zhangzhou XMB will be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate as the AD cash deposit rate established for subject merchandise exported by Golden Well and produced by Zhangzhou XYM. The agency found Zhangzhou XMB operates as the same business entity other than the change in name. Commerce determined that Zhangzhou XMB will be assigned the AD rate previously assigned to Zhangzhou XYM, currently zero percent. The new cash deposit rate will be effective Aug. 14 and remain in effect until further notice.
