Asia Wheel Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling finding that certain truck wheels made by Asia Wheel Co. in Thailand fall within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wheels 22.5 to 24.5 inches in diameter from China. #23-00143.
