Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Bioparques de Occidente, S.A. de C.V., Agricola La Primavera, S.A. de C.V., and Kaliroy Fresh LLC, challenging a May CIT decision affirming the Federal Circuit's dismissal of one count of their case challenging the Commerce Department's decision to resume an antidumping duty investigation on tomatoes from Mexico following the termination of a suspension agreement. #23-2109.
