products from Japan (A-588-854); and citric acid from Belgium (A-423-813), Colombia (A-301-803) and Thailand (A-549-833). These orders will be revoked, or the investigations terminated, unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said.
