Department said. While Commerce had said it intended to revoke the order in the preliminary results of the review based on a statement of non-interest in the order from what the agency said was the only domestic producer (see 2207150048), Commerce said in the final results that “Seymour Mfg. LLC demonstrated that it is a domestic producer of ironing tables and has expressed interest in the continuation of the Order. Therefore, Commerce has determined not to revoke the Order.”
