The amended complaint alleged that 19 different respondents had infringed on five of NOCO's patents and the "NOCO X" design trade dress, and had engaged in false advertising and other unfair competition. In both investigations, NOCO asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and permanent cease and desist orders.
