Spain Ripe Olives: Correction to Final Results of CVD Admin Review

The Commerce Department said it made an omission in the Federal Register notice announcing in March the final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on ripe olives from Spain (C-469-818) (see 2303080032). The agency said the company listed as Aceitunas Guadalquivir, S.L., should have been Aceitunas Guadalquivir, S.L.U., and its cross-owned affiliates Coromar Inversiones, S.L., AG Explotaciones Agricolas, S.L.U., and Grupo Aceitunas Guadalquivir, S.L.

Otherwise, those final results as originally released will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020. The CVD rate for Aceitunas Guadalquivir, S.L.U., and its cross-owned affiliates, remains 8.5%.
