The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Shamrock Building Materials, Inc., challenging a March 13 CIT opinion upholding CBP's classification of the company's steel conduit tubing imports from Mexico as steel tubing and not insulated fittings. #23-1648. Opened March 23.
J.D. Irving, Ltd., challenging a January CIT decision dismissing its claims regarding the Commerce Department's cash deposit instructions to CBP for lack of jurisdiction under Section 1581(i). #23-1652. Opened March 23.
