China Solar Cells: Commerce Corrects Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is making a correction to already twice-amended final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (A-570-979). The agency said rates listed for two companies, Trina Solar and Risen Energy, were switched in the latest amended final results.

Because all companies listed below have had final results published in subsequent AD administrative reviews, their current cash deposit rates will not change. These corrected amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018. The actual rates for the two companies listed below should have been listed in the earlier amended final results as:
