India Silicomanganese: Commerce Recognizes Name Change for NBVL
The Commerce Department recognizes the name change of an Indian company for the purposes of an antidumping duty order on silicomanganese from India (A-533-823), it said in a notice of the final results of a changed circumstances review. The agency confirmed its preliminarily finding that NAVA Limited is the successor-in-interest to Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (NBVL), saying that NAVA Limited continues to operate as the same business entity despite the name change. Commerce said that effective Dec. 6, NAVA Limited now inherits the AD rates assigned to NBVL in the AD review.
