Liberty Group, in the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review released Nov. 8. The agency preliminarily found Liberty Group undertook a name change to Kader Exports and changed its corporate structure to absorb Liberty Group in a merger but otherwise continues to operate as the same business entity. If Commerce confirms its finding in the final results, Kader Exports will inherit the AD rate assigned to Liberty Group.
