Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Sigma Corporation, challenging a Sept. 8 CIT decision that found that the Commerce Department properly included Vandewater International's steel branch outlets in the scope of the antidumping duty order on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China. #23-1093. Opened Oct. 27.
