Canada Softwood Lumber: Amended Final Results of CVD Admin Review

The Commerce Department is amending its previously amended final results of a countervailing duty administrative review on softwood lumber products from Canada (C-122-858) to correct a ministerial error in listing the duty rate for companies not individually selected for examination. The final results of that review covered calendar year 2020.

The CV duty cash deposit rate of 3.38% in the amended results should have been 3.83%, effective Aug. 9, as appeared in the final results (see 2208090019).

The amended results had also confirmed that five additional companies should have appeared in an appendix list in the final results that named companies not selected for individual examination (see 2210110045).
