Commerce confirmed that Coast Clear Wood Ltd.; Coulson Manufacturing Ltd.; Halo Sawmill, a division of Delta Cedar Specialties Ltd.; Mainland Sawmill, a division of Terminal Forest Products Ltd.; and Pine Ideas Ltd. should have appeared in Appendix II of the notice of final results, among the companies (there were 239 companies on the original appendix list) with an assigned CV duty cash deposit rate of 3.38%, effective Aug. 9.
Commerce will instruct CBP to collect cash deposits at the assigned rate on the effective date for these additional five companies that were inadvertently omitted in the final results notice, it said. Commerce added that it currently has instructed CBP to suspend all entries subject to this review, pursuant to suspension of liquidation requests that have been filed. "Consistent with the requests concerning these five companies, we also intend to issue suspension instructions for these companies consistent with those requests," it said.
(The review period is 01/01/20 - 12/31/20. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2208090019 for a summary of the original final results of this administrative review.)
