and Palmer Digital Group import products that infringe on five of MRI's patents concerning cooling systems for electronic displays. Samsung's OH Series, Coates' ODMB Single Panel Menu Board, and Palmer's Kiosks, all allegedly incorporate infringing technology, MRI said. The company has asked ITC for a limited exclusion order excluding outdoor and semi-outdoor electronic displays from entry, as well as cease and desist orders against the named respondents.
