Blaster, Splat-R-Ball and Prime Time Toys import products that violate two patents on hydrated super absorbent polymer material (see 2207260029). Due to its water absorption capacity, the polymer is an improvement in projectile launching compared with paint balls, plastics and foams, the complaint said. Hasbro and Spin Master asked the commission to implement a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
