upheld its preliminary finding that PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia is the successor-in-interest to PT. Miwon Indonesia, in the preliminary results of the review (see 2207050045). The agency found that Daesang continues to operate as the same business entity other than the change in name. Daesang now inherits the AD rate assigned to Miwon, currently 1.6%, effective Aug. 26.
