a changed circumstances review released Aug. 23. The agency upheld its preliminary finding that Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Jialing-Honda Motors Co., Ltd. The agency found that Honda continues to operate as the same business entity other than the name change. Honda will inherit the AD rate assigned to Jialing, currently 261.93%, effective Aug. 24.
