2021 complaint by Canon, which alleged infringement of 13 of its patents (see 2104120011). The ITC conducted two separate investigations with different sets of respondents and narrowed the scope to three of the patents. Following an initial determination in March by Administrative Law Judge Mark Cheney, the commission sought public comment (see 2203210002) before deciding on a general exclusion order prohibiting unlicensed entry of certain toner supply containers and components, along with cease and desist orders against Digital Buyer Marketing, Do It Wiser, TopInk, Sichuan XingDian, Sichuan Wiztoner, Yatengshang, ChengDuXiang and Erlandianzishang.
