the successor-in-interest to Bebitz Flanges Works Private Limited, in the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review released June 3. The agency found that BFN continues to operate as the same business entity other than the change in name. Commerce said BFN will inherit the AD duty rate assigned to Bebitz, currently zero percent.
