AliveCor (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1266), a notice said. Elliot’s June 27 initial determination found that Apple infringed on two of the patents at issue. The full initial determination is confidential, but AliveCor in its April 2021 complaint sought a permanent limited exclusion on wearable electronic devices with electrocardiogram capability (see 2105250020).
