complaint by Club-Conex, which alleged that Top Golf Equipment imports and sells shaft and head connection adapters that infringe on two Club-Conex patents covering connection adapters, used to "quickly and easily, but reversibly, assemble a golf club shaft with a golf club head" for "bespoke golf club fitting services." Equipment resellers use the adapters to fit customers for a customized set of golf clubs by allowing various combinations of club shafts and club heads (see 2205250013). Club-Conex is asking the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and a permanent cease and desist order against Top Golf.
