resulting in revocation of the AD duty orders, Commerce said in a notice published June 14. The revocation takes effect for entries on or after May 9, 2022. For entries on or after that date, Commerce will send instructions to CBP to terminate suspension of liquidation and refund any cash deposits collected. For entries before that date, suspension of liquidation, cash deposit requirements and final assessment of AD duties will remain in effect.
