Turkey PC Wire Strand: Commerce Lowers AD Duty Cash Deposit Rates

The Commerce Department is amending antidumping duty and countervailing duty duty cash deposit rates for some exporters subject to AD/CVD on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey (A-489-842/C-489-843), it said in a pair of notices implementing recent Court of International Trade decisions that invalidated rates the agency set in the final determinations of its original antidumping and countervailing duty investigations (see 2012100046 and 2102020019). Any changes are applicable to entries on or after June 5, 2022, as follows:
