The current amendment aligns Commerce results with those determined in a court case over Commerce's final results.
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these amended final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018, as follows:
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Ghigi 1870 S.p.A. and Pasta Zara S.p.A. | 91.74% |
| Agritalia S.r.L. | 91.74% |
| Tesa SrL | 91.74% |
All three companies have been assigned cash deposit rates in subsequent administrative reviews, so there are no changes to current cash deposit requirements.
(The review period is 07/01/17 - 06/30/18. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2001150023 for a summary of the original final results of this administrative review, and 2003020034 for the first amended results.)
