a May 5 complaint (see 2205110044) by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and ATI Technologies alleging violations of five patents on multi-threaded graphics processing systems, unified shader systems, texture decompression, graphics thread synchronizers, and asyncronous processing for smart TVs by Realtek and TCL Industries Holdings Co. Ltd., along with 13 subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong, Mexico and Vietnam. AMD asked the ITC for a limited exclusion order and permanent cease and desist orders against the allegedly infringing products following the investigation.
