Precision Holdings USA and Innovamed Health alleging that ManaMed, Grandway Healthcare, Vive Health (doing business as Coretech) and Medline Industries are infringing on two patents for intermittent pneumatic compression systems that are portable and minimize tubes. Precision and Innovamed have asked the ITC for a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders following the investigation.
