The amendment came as the result of a Court of International Trade decision on a calculation method Commerce used to determine the AD rate assigned to Hyundai Steel, which was 36.59% in the original final results. The new AD rate for Hyundai Steel is 1.82% for the original review period. However, the current cash deposit rate in effect is unaffected. Commerce also rescinded the review of an original non-examined company that was an affiliate of Hyundai, because it determined "that Company A was neither a producer nor an exporter of subject merchandise," and said it is therefore not subject to the all-others rate assigned in the original final results.
