The complaint alleges Top Golf Equipment imports and sells equipment that infringes on patents issued between 2010 and 2011. The patents cover golf club connection adapters, which are used to "quickly and easily, but reversibly, assemble a golf club shaft with a golf club head" for the purposes of "providing bespoke golf club fitting services."
