The complaint alleges that Hugel develops and manufactures botulinum toxin products using a proprietary strain of botulinum bacteria and trade secrets stolen from Medytox, which Croma then distributes in the U.S. Medytox is requesting a permanent limited exclusion order and a permanent cease and desist order.
