from Japan (A-588-876), Taiwan (A-583-859) and Turkey (A-489-829), as well as the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey (C-489-830). These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released April 29.
