said an Apple spokesperson in response to a letter from FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr to Apple CEO Tim Cook released Thursday (see 2204210053). “We are required to comply with local laws where we do business, even though we may sometimes disagree,” Apple said. “The app remains available for download in other countries.”
