said the Feb. 7 final results published in the Federal Register "inadvertently contained an incorrect rate for all other producers/exporters." The correct all-others rate is 3.72%, rather than the 4.31% rate appearing in the notice. This doesn't change any of the duties calculated in the review or the effective date of the original notice.
